Public Records Research

There are two ways to request public records from this site:

  1. Use the Public Records Research Form to request research from the DC Archives.
  2. Use the printable forms below to fax a specific research request to reference staff. Select one of the documents below. Click on the line you wish to fill out, type in your information, then print the screen using the print icon at the top of the Adobe frame. Fax the printed document to the number listed on the specific request. Please provide the maximum amount of information to ensure optimum research and reference service efforts for the request.
