Emancipation Day 2008 Events

The Office of the Secretary invites all District residents and visitors to participate in DC Emancipation Day Activities.   On these pages we are compiling as many events as possible to encourage participation. Come join us at any event you are interested in!  Please contact us if we are missing a community event!  Check back often, as these pages will be updated often.
